  • Men’s Tennis Concludes Play at Ivy Plus and Yale Tournaments

    The Brown men’s tennis team opened up the season over the weekend at the Ivy Plus Tournament at the Lenz Tennis Center and at the Yale Tournament at the Cullman-Heyman Tennis Center (Sept. 22-24). At the Ivy Plus Tournament, junior Charles Tan (Austin, Texas), sophomore Jacob Walker (Bethesda, Md.) and sophomore Peter Litsky (St. Petersburg, Fla.) had strong showings, all reaching the semifinal of their respective draws on Saturday. At the Yale Tournament, junior Austin Hearst (Mamaroneck, N.Y.) knocked off Penn’s Matthew Lambert on Sunday, 6-4, 2-6, 10-3.
  • Men’s and Women’s Tennis Achieve ITA All-Academic Honors
    July 25, 2017
    The Brown men’s and women’s tennis teams earned All-Academic Team accolades as announced by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) on Tuesday. The ITA All-Academic Team award is open to any ITA member program that has a cumulative team grade point average of 3.20 or higher.
  • Jay Friedman Named Men’s Tennis Assistant Coach

    Brown men’s tennis head coach Tim Gray announced the hiring of Jay Friedman as an assistant coach to the program on Wednesday.
