Men's Swimming and Diving Completes at 2003 EISL Championships

NASSAU, NY - The men's swimming and diving team began competition at the 2003 EISL Championships on Thursday March 6.
The Bears started with a sixth place finish in the 200 free relay as the team of Jefferson Moors, Aron Gyuris, Matt Zimmerman, and Tim Wang swam in a time of 1:22.44, 3.43 behind the winning time of 1:19.01.
Eric Brumberg took sixth in the 200 IM to lead the Bears in that event, finishing in a time of 1:50.91. Gyuris placed 15th in the 50 free in a time of 20.80, while Tim Warburton placed 15th on the 1-Meter diving with a score of 201.85.
In the final event of the day, the 400 medley relay, Brown's team of Moors, Brian Wood, Zimmerman, and Wang placed sixth in a time of 3:22.83.
The Bears continue action at the EISL Championships tomorrow, March 7.
