Brown Swimming and Diving Hosts End of Year Awards Banquet
April 20, 2010Providence, RI - The annual Brown Swimming and Diving awards banquet was held at Hotel Providence on Saturday, April 17th. This was the first year that both the men's and women's teams were celebrated together in one banquet. The accomplishments of the past season were recognized along with ten individual award winners from 2009-10.
Winter Academic All-Ivy Honorees Announced
Providence, RI- The Ivy League released its winter list of Academic All-Ivy honorees, with ten Brown student-athletes being recognized. The five males and five females were starters or key reserves on their respective varsity teams and carry a 3.0 or better cumulative grade point average.
Brown Wraps Up Ivy Championships in Seventh Place
Princeton, N.J. - The Bears concluded the third and final day of the Ivy League Championships in seventh place overall, wracking up 699 points over the course of the competition. Princeton, the defending league champion, won handily with a total of 1552.5 points, more than 300 ahead of second place Harvard.

Princeton, N.J. - Brown wrapped up the second day of competition at the Ivy League Championships in Princeton on Friday evening, racking up a total of 505 points through 14 events. The defending champion Tigers continue to lead, with 1027.5 points heading into the final day.
