Glenn Set to Represent Brown at NCAA Swimming & Diving Championships

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Sophomore swimmer Tommy Glenn (Haddonfield, N.J.) is headed to Seattle, Wash., for the 2012 NCAA Swimming & Diving Championships after his impressive performances at the Ivy League Championships. Glenn will compete in both the 100 and 200 Butterfly events.

Glenn's time of 46.73 in the 100 fly at Ivy's set a school record and seeds him 16th overall at the NCAA's. Prelims for the event will be in Session Four, which starts on Friday, March 23 at 2 p.m., EST. His race is the third event of that session.

The second-year swimmer's time in the 200 fly was even more impressive, taking the Ivy League title with a mark of 1:45.60. That time seeds him eighth overall in the nation. The 200 fly prelims will be in Session Five and start at noon on Saturday, March 24.
