Men's Squash Edged By Penn, 5-4

Providence, RI - The Brown men's squash team played well against Penn, but narrowly fell to the Quakers, 5-4, in a hard-fought match at the Pizzitola Sports Center on Sunday.

Leading the way for the Bears was freshman Breck Bailey (Greenwich, CT), who posted a 3-1 victory at the second position. He was followed in the lineup by sophomore Sean O'Boyle, who was a 3-0 winner at number three. Senior Robert Park (Victorville, CA) came away with a solid 3-0 victory at number five.

The day's most exciting match came at the seventh position, where sophomore Jay Beidler (Lake Forest, IL) battled back from a 2-0 deficit to earn a 3-2 victory for the Bears.

On Saturday, the Bears dropped a 9-0 decision to Princeton. Senior Ben Oliner (Brooklyn, NY) battled the Tigers at number one before dropping a 3-2 decision.
