Larentowicz Named NSCAA/adidas Second Team All-American

Dec. 14, 2004

For the second straight year Brown senior defender Jeff Larentowicz has been named an NSCAA/adidas Second Team All-American. A four-time All-Ivy selection, Larentowicz anchored the Brown defense to six shutouts this season, including two against top five ranked opponents.

A starter in the backfield since his freshman year, Larentowicz finished his Brown career playing and starting in 65 games with seven goals and six assists for 20 points. He received First Team All-Ivy honors in 2003 and 2004.

Larentowicz, a dominant player in the air, was named an NSCAA/adidas Second Team All-American last season as well, guiding the Bears to their 20th NCAA appearance and 17th Ivy League Title.

He was named the MVP of the Yale Classic earlier this season after scoring the game-winning goal against Hartwick. Larentowicz was fifth on the team in scoring with three goals for six points this past season.
