Gregg Miller enters his first season on the Brown soccer staff, having spent the previous 14 seasons as head men's coach at Johnson & Wales University. During his time at JWU, he led the men's team to five conference championship titles (1995, 2002, 2003, 2005, 2007) and four appearances in the NCAA tournament ('02, '03, '05, '07). He was named as conference coach of the year on three occasions and holds the league record for tournament championships. Miller was appointed as Director of Coaching with Bruno United FC in August 2007, overseeing thirteen premier teams and two academy programs. He has also coached successful premier teams (Northern Lightning, Bruno United) since 1998. A 1994 graduate of Johnson & Wales, Miller was a co-founder and captain on the university's original men's soccer team. He also played on various youth select and county representative teams in his native England before arriving in the United States in 1991. Miller holds an NSCAA Premier Diploma and a Level 1 Goalkeeping Diploma. He resides in Riverside, Rhode Island with his wife, Marwa.
