David and Paul have done a tremendous job keeping the team connected and informed throughout the winter and spring."

Walls received Honorable Mention All-Ivy and Third Team NSCAA Northeast Region honors after a solid 2009 season. Grandstrand, a First Team All-Ivy goalkeeper, competed in 18 games and earned a 10-3-5 record on the year, which included five shutouts. He played 1707:54 minutes and allowed just 15 goals for a 0.79 goals-against-average and he combined for 55 saves on the year for a .786 save percentage. During his rookie campaign in 2007, Grandtrand was named the Ivy League's Rookie of the Year and earned Second Team All-Ivy honors that season. He went undefeated in regular season play (10-0-1) and helped lead the Bears to its 19th Ivy League title.

"I could not be happier with the team's selection of their leaders in my first year as Head Coach at Brown," added Laughlin.
