There is big fight in this man. Charlie approaches the face-off
with the mental preparation of a boxer: ready to attack,
counterpunch, and endure despite minor setbacks. He comes to every
practice with this attitude, making him a trusted teammate and
admirable man. The sense of self and confidence in a face-off man
is critical. Charlie continues to improve here as he becomes more
