2008 began with Peter playing only a small role, including just 5 minutes of playing time in the opener against Lehigh. But he used that time well, scoring a goal in his first college lacrosse game and helping to kill off several man down situations. As 2008 ends, Peter can look back on a year that saw him earn a starting position for the second half of the season with Brown and then go on to play for Team USA at the U-19 World Championships in British Columbia. Was there a major transformation in just a few months? While Peter certainly elevated his whole game, including his ever-impressive stick skills and take-way abilities, the blame is on the coaching staff for not playing him sooner. The same mistake will not be made twice: much more will be asked of Peter in 2009...2008: Named the Defenseman of the Tournament, and was selected to the All-World Team for the United States U-19 team at the Men's Lacrosse World Championships in British Columbia, Canada...Started Brown's last five games...Scored a goal vs. Lehigh and had an assist vs. Providence...Picked up 14 ground balls...Secondary School Background: A graduate of the Gilman School where he lettered in lacrosse (2) and ice hockey (4)...Lacrosse and hockey team captain...First Team All-State, All-MIAA, All-Metro...Baltimore City Player of the Year...U-19 National Team member...Honor Roll student...Personal: The son of Chris and Elaine Fallon of Baltimore...Has a brother, Matt, and a sister, Anne...Enjoys video games, TV and food...Undecided on his concentration.
