It's a few days before New Year's Day 2017, when Dylan Molloy rolls into a gymnasium at Stony Brook University. It's a short distance from his home in Setauket, N.Y., and it's a place where the former St. Anthony's (N.Y.) attackman will sometimes come to use the practice field or hit the wall.
The last time the Brown senior made a major public appearance was the night he received the 2016 Tewaaraton Award after the culmination of his 116-point season. Molloy's hair was notably molded into a dark brown mullet. His recently operated-on foot was in a cast, and he rolled through the ceremony in formal shorts and on a scooter.
