Providence, R.I. - Brown head men's lacrosse coach Lars Tiffany has been named the Division I/II North Team coach for the 73rd United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association/ LaxWorld North-South Games will be played at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore, MD. The Division I/II All-Star game will be held on Monday, May 26th at 10:00 a.m., prior to the NCAA Division I Championship game. The Division III All-Star game will be held on Sunday, May 25th at 10:00 a.m.
The North South Senior All-Star Game is a great opportunity for the seniors who play in these games to finish their collegiate career and carry on the tradition. This tradition started in 1940 and has been played every year with the exception of 1944 and 1945. The final team rosters will be released on Tuesday, May 20th. The 2014 North/South Teams will be led by the following coaches:
The Division I/II North Team will be coached by Lars Tiffany, the Head Men's Lacrosse Coach at Brown University.
The Division I/II South Team will be coached by Brad Jorgensen, the Head Men's Lacrosse Coach at Saint Leo University.
The Division III North Team will be coached by Ben Wineburg, the Head Men's Lacrosse Coach at SUNY Brockport.
The Division III South Team will be coached by J.P. Stewart, the Head Men's Lacrosse Coach at Virginia Wesleyan College.
