Brown and St. Joe's have met just once before, last year in a driving rainstorm in Philadelphia, with the Bears coming out on top of an 18-4 decision.
Senior Andrew Feinberg has carried the offensive load for the Bears with nine goals and four assists, scoring four of Brown's six goals in Brown's 8-6 loss to Hartford on Wednesday. Feinberg, Brown's 15th all-time leading scorer with 140 career points, has scored 108 career goals, third best among active NCAA goal scorers. He scored three goals in last year's win over St. Joseph's.
Junior attackman Parker Brown, who scored four goals against Quinnipiac, is Brown's second leading scorer with 10 points (7 goals, 3 assists).
Brown's defensive effort is led by All-American Peter Fallon, who has been assigned some tough match-ups this season. He showed his defensive prowess against #7 UMass, totally shutting out Art Kell, who had 12 points coming into the game. Fallon was exceptional, stalwart in his play against one of the top attackman in New England.
Senior goalie Matt Chriss has been strong in the crease, posting a goals against average of 6.87 with a save percentage of .649.
