Prough Earns All-Ivy Recognition

PROVIDENCE, RI - Sophomore leading scorer Jeff Prough (Farmington Hills, MI) has been named Honorable Mention All-Ivy in a vote by the six Ivy League men's hockey coaches.
The Bears' leading scorer in both goals, 15, and points, 28, Prough has played in all of Brown's 29 games. He is currently riding a seven-game point scoring streak, with 6-5-11 numbers in his last seven games, including a two goal-two assist night in Brown's 5-3 victory over Quinnipiac last weekend. In Ivy League competition only, Prough ranks 10th in the League with 3-6-9 numbers in 10 Ivy League games.
In 61 career games, Prough has 24 goals and 24 assists for 48 points. He will look to lead the Bears this weekend as they head into an ECAC Hockey League First Round series at St. Lawrence. The best-of-three series begins on Friday at 7:30 p.m. with Saturday's and Sunday's (if necessary) games slated for 7:00 p.m.
