2003-2004: Appeared in two games last season as a junior after a year away from Hockey.
2001-2002: Participated in practice working to learn the Brown system, while recovering from an injury.
Before Brown: Kapuscinski spent 3 years in the OPJHL with the Oakville Blades, Bramalea Blues and Vaughan Vipers ... A three-sport athlete at St. Thomas Aquinas high school, he captained the Volleyball and Baseball teams while setting a school record in the Javelin as well as being an assistant coach on the hockey team. He was recently inducted into the St. Thomas Aquinas Hall of Fame, in May of 2002. Kapuscinski was honored as the recipient of the D. Christensen Memorial Award for speed and scoring in 1997-1998 with Oakville and was also a member of the North American Silver Stick Championship team that same year. He was also selected by the London Knights of the Ontario Hockey League in the 1998 Priority Draft. With the Vipers in 2000-2001 he was the team's leading scorer with 30 goals and 25 assists in 47 games.
