A strong and powerful forward, Pascal Denis will be looked upon to add a scoring punch to the Bears' offense. As one of the fasted skaters on the roster, he is a crucial part of both the penalty kill and power play.

2002-2003: Played all 35 games for Brown last season, finishing as the sixth-leading scorer with 8-5-13 numbers with one power-play goal, two game-winning goals, and two empty-netters ... Had 5-3-8 totals in ECAC games ... Finished the year with a "+8" rating, second on the team ... Before Brown: Denis, a graduate of Champlain Regional College in Lennoxville, Quebec, spent the 1999-2000 season in the Quebec "AAA" Junior Hockey League playing for Kingsey of Warwick. In his only season with Kingsey, he scored 30 goals and tallied 46 assists in just 45 games. Denis served as an assistant captain for Kingsey and was named Offensive Player of the Month twice. Prior to his season with Kingsey, Denis spent two years playing junior hockey with Husky of Cowansville. He also played for one year with the Lebret Eagles of the Saskatchewan Junior "A" League. A member of the Dean's List at Champlain College, Denis won the Best Academic Achievement Award in 1995-1996 while playing with the Cantonniers of Magog Midget "AAA" team.
