McMurray Oil Barons, after playing for the Calgary Canucks during the 2006-2007 campaign … Finished the 2008 season as the Oil Barons’ leading scorer during the regular season and through the playoffs … Totaled 93 points (37g, 56a) during the entire season, including 29-49-78 numbers during the regular season … A 2008 AJHL All-Star, Maclellan was also named the Oil Barons’ playoff MVP … During the 2006-2007 season with the Canucks, Maclellan led all rookies on the team in scoring with 44 points, earning Rookie of the Year honors.
