Men's Golfers Place Seventh At Ivy League Championship

Jackson, NJ - Brown's men's golf team placed seventh at the Ivy League Championship held at the Metedeconk National Golf Club. The Bears shot a three-round 976, finish ahead of Cornell (982) and behind first place Yale (914), Penn (925), Princeton (932), Columbia (949), Harvard (958) and Dartmouth (976).

The Bears were led by Robert Chen, who carded a three-round 243 (82-77-84) to finish 18th overall. Senior captain Kevin Buchert (83-75-88) and Jason Ricketts (85-84-77) each placed 22nd individually with a three-round 246).

Matt Koeningsdorf came in at 247 (85-82-80) to place 26th, and Donny Mowlds finished 37th with a three-round 254 (81-87-86).
