Bears Place 11th At Rain-Shortened Yale Invitational

New Haven, Conn. - The Brown men's golf team placed 11th at the 20 team Yale Invitational Sunday afternoon at the Yale Golf Club. Freshman Connor Malloy led the way for the Bears by shooting 78, as Brown came in with a team score of 320 in the rain-shortened tournament.

Also contributing for the Bears were senior captain Donny Mowlds with 79, sophomore Larry Haertel (81), junior Lanny Benson (82), and senior Danny Wallis (91).

The Bears return to action on April 14-15 at the New England Division I Golf Championship at the Triggs Memorial Golf Course in Providence, R.I.
