    Brown University recently completed a state-of-the-art indoor golf facility located in the Olney Margolies Athletic Center that is utilized by both the men’s and women’s golf teams and available for the Brown student body and faculty and staff.
  • Bears Finish Eighth At Ivy League Men’s Golf Championship

    Brown had a strong finish with a 299 team score, but it wasn’t enough in the final round of the Ivy League Men’s Golf Championship par 72, 7,091 yard Saucon Valley Country Club Grace Course. The Bears finished eighth overall with a 54-hole 935 on rounds of 319-317-299.

    Brown struggled on the second day of play at the Ivy League Men’s Golf Championship, played at the par 72, 7,091 yard Saucon Valley Country Club Saturday afternoon. Brown shot a second round 317 to place eighth after 36 holes.
  • Men’s Golf Seventh At Ivy Championship After Day One

    Day one of the Ivy league men’s golf championship is in the books and Brown stands in seventh place with a team score of 319 at the par 72, 7,091 yard Saucon Valley Country Club Grace Course. The Bears are paced by freshman Ben Warner, who carded a five over par 77.
  • Bears 13th At Yale Spring Invitational

    Brown completed play at the 54-hole Yale Spring Invitational, placing 13th at the par-70, 6,775 yard Yale Golf Course after shooting 317-313-320. Wake Forest University ran away with the team championship with a 54-hole 825, winning by 28 shots over second place Clemson (853) in the 14-team tournament.

    Brown placed 12th at the Princeton Invitation in the 36-hole tournament played at two of the nation’s top courses – the Aronimink Golf Club and the Merion Golf Club, site of the 2013 United States Open Championship. Brown shot a two-day 619 on rounds of 310-309.

    The Brown men’s golf team opened its spring season at the Met Intercollegiate and placed eighth in the 36-hole event played at the Century Country Club and the Old Oaks Country Club.

    Brown finished its fall season by finishing 13th at the Temple Invitational with a 36-hole 628, played at the 6,670-yard par 70 North Course at Philmont Country Club in Huntingdon Valley, Pa.
  • Bears Complete Play At Macdonald Cup

    The Brown men’s golf team completed the rain shortened Macdonald Cup at the Yale Golf Course, finishing 14th overall after shooting 308-303-611. Yale took home the team title by one shot over Harvard with a 36-hole 569.

    The Brown men’s golf team shot a 36-hole 626 to place 10th at the Quechee Club Invitational, played at the par-72, 6,800 yard Quechee Club. Senior captain led the Bears with a two-round, two-over par 146. Miller placed 10th individually after opening with an even par 72, followed by 74

    Freshman Ben Warner paced the Brown men’s golf team at the Hartford Hawk Invitational as Brown finished 19th at the 54-hole event played at the par 72, 6900 yards Bull’s Bridge Golf Club.
  • Men’s Golf Opens Season With Ninth Place Finish At Navy Invitational

    Brown opened its 2014 -15 men’s golf season by placing ninth with a 36-hole 592 at the Navy Invitational, played at the par-71 6,528 yard Naval Academy Golf Course. Senior Justin Miller paced the Bears and finished 16th individually with a two-day 146.
  • Men’s Golf Team Named To GCAA 2014 Academic Team

    Brown’s men’s golf team was recognized by the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) with the prestigious President’s Special Recognition, presented to men’s college golf teams who post a 3.50 grade point average or higher.
