Providence, RI - The 18th-ranked Brown football team (8-1 overall, 5-1 Ivy) has already assured itself of a share of the Ivy League Championship. Head coach Phil Estes and his Brown squad will look to make Brown history and capture the Ivy League Championship outright for the first time ever this Saturday, November 19, against the Columbia Lions in New York City. The Bears, in sole possession of first place in the Ivy standings, have previously shared Ivy League titles in 1976 and 1999. The 12:05 p.m. match-up between the Bears and Lions will be televised nationally on the YES Network, and broadcast live via radio on WSKO-AM 790, and on the internet at brownbears.com.
