Brown travels to Philadelphia on Saturday for the 75th meeting with the Penn Quakers, following a 28-7 victory over Cornell last week. All-American senior linebacker Zak DeOssie was named the Ivy League Defensive Player of the Week after he helped the Brown defense shut down Cornell's attack in the second half, limiting the Big Red to just 47 yards in the third and fourth quarters. Saturday's game will be televised nationally on CSTV. John Coachman will call the play while Chris Rix provides the color commentary.

The Brown-Penn match-up dates back to 1895, with the Quakers holding a 54-18-2 series lead. Brown snapped a five game losing streak to the Quakers last year, taking a 34-20 decision over Penn at Brown Stadium on its way to the Ivy title. Penn's last win over the Bears came in 2004, a 20-16 decision for the Quakers in Philadelphia. In 1998, Brown defeated Penn, 58-51, in the highest scoring game in Ivy League football history.
