BFA Golf Classic To be Held On August 2 at Rhode Island Country Club
The 2010 Brown Football Association Season Kick-Off featuring the 19th Annual Golf Classic and Celebration Dinner will take place on Monday, August 2, 2010 at the Rhode Island Country Club. It's a tremendous day of golf, followed by our annual Kick-off dinner that will honor the 2010 Joslin award winner James J. Burke Jr. '73 P'05 '06 '10, and the renaming of the BFA Defensive Lineman Award to the William H. Perry'88 Defensive Lineman Award.
The event was sold out last year and we are looking to fill the field with golfers and obtain full sponsorships to make the tournament an unqualified success.
Our tournament committee is making a concerted effort to maximize our sponsorships. The BFA would like to have a Brown football presence at every tee and each green. Companies, individuals, parents, alumni and fans of Brown football are welcome to help support by sponsoring a tee sign today.
