Winners of two of its last three games, the Brown men's Basketball team will host Eastern Michigan at the Pizzitola Sports Center on Saturday afternoon, November 29, starting at 1:00 p.m. Brown extended its record to 2-3 overall following an 80-73 win over Army at home on Wednesday.
Sophomore Peter Sullivan exploded for a career high 26 points against Army, while junior Matt Mullery added 17 points and a career high five blocked shots, and senior Chris Skrelja scored 15 points and a career high 11 assists. Sullivan leads the Bears in scoring with 16.2 points per game, and in rebounding with 6.6 rebounds per game.
Eastern Michigan (1-5) is coming off a 67-54 loss to Cornell at the NIT Season Tip-Off in Queens, NY. The Eagles also lost to host St. John's in the first round.
Brown and Eastern Michigan have met just once before, in last year's season opening game in Ypsilanti, MI, with the Bears coming away with a 74-55 victory over the Eagles.
