Etheridge's 3-Pointer Lifts Brown Over Dartmouth

HANOVER, N.H. (AP) - Shaun Etheridge hit a 3-point basket with two seconds remaining, boosting Brown to a 74-71 victory over Dartmouth Saturday night.
Etheridge scored the game-winning bucket after Dartmouth recovered from a seven-point deficit, 69-62, with 3:55 to play.
Dartmouth (7-12, 0-6 Ivy) outscored Brown, 9-2, in a span of 3:10. The rally was capped off when Dartmouth's Steve Callahan hit a 3-pointer with 23 seconds left.
Etheridge came into the game shooting 10-of-41 beyond the arc for 24 percent. The winning basket was only his second 3-point attempt of the night.
Earl Hunt led Brown (13-6, 4-2 Ivy ) with 21 points. Jason Forte scored 10 points and added nine assists.
Flinder Boyd had 19 points for Dartmouth, while Charles Harris added 12 points and eight rebounds. Callahan finished with 10, going two-of-two from the floor and four-of-four from the line.
