Kevin Jaskiewicz

Position: Assistant Coach
Kevin Jaskiewicz begins his seventh season as an assistant coach at Brown, coming to Providence after six seasons as an assistant coach at Connecticut College. At Brown, Jaskiewicz has primary duties for recruiting, scheduling, scouting, player development and practice. Jaskiewicz has worked at every level of college basketball. He was an assistant coach for head coach Glen Miller at Connecticut College from 1993 to 1999, building that team that earned a berth in the NCAA Division III Final Four in 1999, after compiling a perfect 24-0 regular season record. Recognized as an outstanding recruiter and known for his development of players, Jaskiewicz also played a key role in Connecticut College's first appearance in the 1997-1998 NCAA Tournament. A 1988 graduate of Eastern Connecticut State, Jaskiewicz earned a B.A. in History. He was an assistant coach at Keene State College from 1991-1993, and the head basketball coach at UConn-Avery Point Junior College from 1988-1991. Jaskiewicz taught history at Old Saybrook High School in Old Saybrook, Connecticut, from 1997-1999. Jaskiewicz currently resides in Westerly, Rhode Island, with his wife Debra, and their daughter, Brielle.
