Parking At The Brown Athletic Complex

Providence, RI - With construction of the new fitness center, aquatics center and varsity weight room in full swing, the main parking area (Lot 2) at the Brown Athletic Complex has been permanently closed.  Here are some tips for fans attending games that are looking for parking.

The preferred option is to park within the Athletic Complex are lots 89 and 90, located behind and below the Athletic Complex, adjacent to Stevenson Field.  Entrance to these lots can be found on Lloyd Ave.  There are stairs next to Brown Power Plant and the Pizzitola Sports Center that take you from the lower level to the main arena levels.

There is an additional Brown parking lot located between Brook Street and Angel Street.  As with all Brown parking lots, only tagged Brown employees are permitted to park in university lots before 5:00 p.m. on weekdays.

When those areas are filled, there is plenty of parking on the streets surrounding the Athletic Complex, including Hope Street, Lloyd Avenue and Brook Street, especially in the evening and on weekends.  Please be sure to observe posted street parking rules and regulations.
