Brian Majeski

Brian Majeski begins his first season as an assistant coach with the Brown baseball program in 2002.
Majeski comes to Brown after lettering in baseball for three years as a center fielder at the University of Connecticut, where he graduated in 1997 with a degree Therapeutic Recreational Therapy. He was named a Second Team All-American in 1994 as the Huskies captured the Big East title and advanced to the NCAA Regionals at Wichita State. During that season he was also selected All-Northeast Region, All ECAC, and All-Big East.
Upon graduation from UConn, Majeski was drafted by the Los Angeles Dodgers in the thirty-third round of the Major League baseball draft. Majeski spent three seasons in the Dodger organization playing class A ball in Great Falls, MO, Vero Beach, FL, and San Bernadino, CA. He has also played in the Newport Sunset League and Boston Park League over the last five summers.
Majeski worked at Medical Information Technology Inc. (MEDITECH) in Canton, MA for two years and is currently employed as a product specialist at Eclipsys Corporation in Boston, MA.
