2000: Meller's role at Brown became increasingly important as the season progressed, as she stepped into a starting setter role following the injury of Corre Myer '02 ... A versatile athlete, Meller is also strong defensively, posting a career-high 19 digs twice as a freshman ... Played in 45 games for the Bears, and finished with 464 assists, 10.31 per game ... She led all athletes in the Ivy League Tournament with 15.75 assists per game at the League Tournament ... Also averaged 2.84 digs per game on the season, fourth on the team, and had five service aces, eight blocks (one solo) and added 14 kills ... In her first collegiate start against Fairfield at the UConn Invitational, she registered 27 assists and eight digs ... Had 11 50+ assist outings on the season with a career-high 74 at Northeastern, third best at Brown for assists in a match, to go with 19 digs, as Brown was the only Ivy school to defeat the Huskies in 2000 ...
