Chuck named ECAC Swimmer of the Week.

Senior Dawn Chuck was named the ECAC Division I Swimming of the Week for the week ending February 4, after leading Brown to two victories over Cornell and Columbia. She won three individual events, all Cornell Pool records, and was a part of the winning 400 free relay team, also a pool record, in the 168-128 victory over Columbia and the 179-115 win over Cornell.

She won the 50 free in a time of :23.80, the 100 free in a time of :58.48, and the 200 IM in a time of 2:08.23. In addition, the winning time for the 400 free relay was 3:30.92, as she is the first member of the team to earn this honor.

The Bears will compete at the 2002 Ivy Championships at Harvard beginning February 21.
