During her four years at Brown Lisa Bishop established herself as one of Brown's finest hockey players. Although forced to miss several games due to injuries, Lisa is the second leading scorer with 98 goals and 89 assists. She and teammate Mardie Corcoran are tied for most goals in a season (33). Hockey for Lisa began with the Brown Cubs (1972-80). From the Cubs she went on to play with the Pawtucket Girls Team (1979-81), a team coached by another Brown standout, Rita Harder. As a member of the Cranston Girls Team she attended the US National Girls Championships three years running. As a freshman on the Pandas Lisa was selected second team All-Ivy, an honor she also received as a sophomore. Junior and senior years, however, she was selected first team All-Ivy, as well as first team All-ECAC. As a senior Lisa was also the Ivy League scoring champion. Lisa is married to Russell A. Tuckerman, and currently resides in Bozeman, Montana. She is a vice president with Spears, Benzak, Salomon & Farrell, a New York City-based money management firm. Hockey has not been forgotten! She is currently coaching women's hockey in Bozeman.
