Donald M. Sennott '52, one of the finest playmakers in collegiate hockey history, still holds six Brown records. He is tops in assists for game (11), season (41), and career (83) and total points game (12), season (64), and career (152). Sennott teamed with Bobby Wheeler and Tony Malo to form the most prolific scoring line in Brown hockey history. In 1951, the year the Bruins advanced to the finals of the NCAA Tournament, Brown's top ling accounted for 158 points. A good skater, although not exceptionally fast, Sennott achieved greatness on ice through his stick-handling ability, his nose for the cage, and his knack of being able to rise to the occasion. Brown has had few tougher competitors than Don Sennott, who received All-American mention in 1951.
