Ted Moskala arrived on College Hill from Bristol High School, where he had already made quite a mark for himself. He was captain of the wrestling team (junior and senior years), and captain of the football team. As a junior and senior, he was a member of the All-State football team; and senior year, he was selected to the All-State wrestling team. At Brown Ted started as a defensive lineman as a sophomore against Penn State in Beaver Stadium. As a senior and tri-captain, Ted and the Brown defense had four shutouts (the most since 1930). Another record that Ted and the Brown defense set in 1985 was the records for net yards allowed in a game (-30 vs Cornell). While at Brown Ted was acknowledged for his outstanding defensive play... He is a chartered property casualty underwriter with Aetna Life and Casualty. His induction into the 1994 Hall of Fame brings Ted back together with his close friend and roommate Jamie Potkul, our other football inductee.
