Located directly behind the Olney-Margolies Athletic Center, Meister-Kavan Field serves as the early season and inclement weather site for the Brown's men's lacrosse team. The field also plays host to many of Brown's intramural and club sport events.
Originally a grass field, the facility was transformed due to the generosity of the families of Stephen Meister '76, and William Kavan '72 and others. FieldTurf was installed, making the field more functionable for the Brown community as a whole. The renovations also included the installation of a Daktronics scoreboard system and bleacher seating.
