Francois Bourbeau

François Bourbeau enters his first season with Brown as a volunteer assistant coach. He will work exclusively with the goaltenders.
Bourbeau spent six seasons working at Princeton with the Tiger goaltenders. Additionally, He spent six years teaching at the Hun School of Princeton, while also coaching the boys high school hockey team there.
Bourbeau was a goalie on four NCAA Division III national championship teams at Middlebury and was twice named an All-American. He shares the NCAA Division III record for winning percentage in a season (he went 14-0 in 1996) and ranks second in career goals-against average at 1.88. Bourbeau’s career winning percentage ranks second in the Division III record books at .917 as he went 47-2-5 over four seasons at Middlebury.
Bourbeau spent the 2000-01 season working with the Princeton men’s goaltenders. After graduating from Middlebury, he played two seasons of professional hockey, appearing for the El Paso Buzzards in the Western Professional Hockey League and the Saginaw Gears of the United Hockey League.
