Stephen Sanquist enters his his sixth year with Brown Athletics, serving as the primary equipment manager for hte men's hockey team (2nd year), and assisting with equipment needs for all of Brown's varsity athletic teams. He is responsible for ordering, issuing, and maintaining all player apparel and equipment.

Prior to his appointment with hockey, Sanquist was responsible for all equipment needs for Field Hockey, Men’s Tennis, Men’s and Women’s Squash, Fencing, Women’s Basketball, Women’s Lacrosse, Softball, and Men’s Soccer. In 2008 he accompanied Men’s Soccer on their tour of Argentina, handling the equipment operations for the 12-day trip. He also assists Football with equipment fitting and home and road game equipment operations.

Sanquist is currently pursuing a BA in Business Institutions at the University of Rhode Island and is a member of the Athletic Equipment Managers Association.

A native of Providence, Sanquist resides in Warwick and is engaged to Melissa Curtis of North Kingstown.
